Nabiry is a Partner and Head of the Intellectual Property (IP)/ Corporate Department at ECA, working with many International law firms in the IP field by supporting their client’s IPR matters in Tanzania, Zanzibar, and ARIPO in the areas of: Trademarks, Patents, Designs, and Copyrights Registration and Prosecution, Draft and submit oppositions, Cancellation and appeal actions, Trademark infringement, IPR Registrations/Renewals,Anti-unfair competition matters, IP Enforcement & Litigation, Domain and trade name protection, Corporate and Legal Advisory and Customs protection of intellectual property rights, as well as negotiation on various intellectual property issues.

Jeremiah is a Partner and Head of Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department at ECA. With over 5 years experience in the legal field, Jeremiah is an experienced Intellectual Property and Corporate Lawyer whereby his specialities lie in three practice areas – IP Enforcement & Litigation, Corporate Mergers & Acquisitions; and Infrastructure, Energy & Projects. Jeremiah has been involved in some of the most complex and high value Intellectual Property matters as well as advised state-owned entities, foreign governments, multinational and national organizations on corporate governance.
