7. Africa Global Advisory Council (GAC)
Our Partner and Head of IP, Nabiry Jumanne has been appointed to serve on the Africa Global Advisory Council (GAC) formed under the International Trademark Association (INTA) for a period of two years. We applaud Mr. Jumanne for his notable, dedicated efforts in the Intellectual Property field nurturing our IP department. The council serves to advise the President and CEO of INTA on Regional policy trends, Membership and better communication of relevant matters in each region.

9. INTA Committee Membership

Our Partner and Head of the IP department Nabiry Jumanne has been appointed to the Anti-Counterfeiting INTA Committee for the 2020 - 2021 term. The committee develops and advocates the association's policy regarding Anti-Counterfeiting and enforcement issues through monitoring developments and enforcement of laws in different jurisdictions.
