Advised a South African company one of the largest single-site precious metals refining and smelting complexes in the world in connection with the Tanzanian mining legislation and regulations relating to the incentives for the minerals refined in Tanzania, and undertaking due diligence over several mineral refining companies in Tanzania.
Advised a Chinese company in connection with its investment in graphite mining projects in Tanzania by acquiring three (3) prospecting mining licenses and four (4) applications for the prospecting mining licenses.
